The curriculum of Physical Education aims to let students:
* Using a variety of basic and advanced movement forms.
* Understanding the benefits and costs associated with participation in physical activity.
* Understanding how to monitor and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
* Understanding the social and personal responsibility associated with participation in physical activity.
These concepts are to be developed through practicing the skills of basketball, handball, volleyball for boys and girls , swimming , football, karate, and fitness for boys , and finally ballet ,gymnastic, and aerobics for girls .
